A purchase contract becomes binding only after the order confirmation is emailed to the customer.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Definition of Delivery
“Delivery” means the handover of goods to the customer or to the local postal or customs authority. Once the shipment is handed to the carrier, risk transfers to the customer, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Estimated Delivery Times
- European Union: 3–7 business days
- Worldwide: up to 15 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures, carrier delays, or local postal conditions.
Maximum Delivery Period
The maximum delivery period is 30 days from order confirmation. If this period is exceeded, the customer may cancel the order and receive a full refund.
Customs Delays
Customs inspection and import procedures are beyond our control and do not count toward the estimated delivery time.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
If goods are damaged, incomplete, or not delivered, the customer should contact info@blherbs.com within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and issue a refund or replacement where confirmed.
Split Deliveries
To expedite order processing, items from one order may be shipped in multiple parcels at no additional cost to the customer.
5. Returns
Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Opened or unsealed items cannot be returned due to health and hygiene reasons, in line with Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
Return Procedure

Our support team will review the request and provide a Return Authorisation (RA) number or specific instructions. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
If a return is authorised, customers should use a tracked and insured shipping method. Bruner & Lieberman Ltd cannot be held responsible for goods lost, delayed, or damaged during return transit.

Refunds or replacements will be issued within 14 business days after the returned product is received and inspected. Refunds are processed through the same payment method used for the original purchase. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of confirmed defect or error on our part.
Non-Returnable Items
